
Community Center

Our Miami Township Community Center, located at 3780 Shady Lane, was dedicated in May of 2011 and holds our Administration Office, Board of Trustees Meeting Room, large Event Center / Banquet Hall and Lower-level event space. The outside grounds feature a walking trail and ballfield. The Community Center is the heart of the township and has become our recognized landmark as thousands of residents attend significant events and meetings all year long.
The Miami Township Fire Department Headquarters (Station 70) is adjacent to the Community Center on the same property. Should you have any questions or want to inquire about renting event space, please call or visit our offices during regular business hours.
Facilities Rentals
Miami Township is pleased to offer multiple event spaces with varying capacities, layouts and aesthetics to cater to different event formats, from smaller, intimate gatherings to large ballroom gatherings. See below for event rental information.
Community Center
Nestled in the heart of the westside, Miami Township Community Event Center is the perfect backdrop for your special event. Vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and large windows make this space unique. The event center is able to accommodate anywhere from 20-250 guests. Your event rental is four hours with two complimentary (consecutive) hours prior for set up. All rentals include tables and chairs, custom room set, free parking, catering kitchen with private entrance, handicap accessibility, large dance floor and consultation with event specialist. All tables must be covered for the duration of our event. Linens may be rented through Miami Township. We allow clients to choose their own food and beverage options with the vendor of their choice. Alcohol is allowed on the premises – rules vary depending on the type of event.
Lower Level
The Lower Level of the Community Center is able to accommodate up to 100 guests. This bright, industrial style space includes a small sink area, full size refrigerator, small food warmer (casserole dishes) and small ice machine. Eight foot tables and metal folding chairs are included in every rental. Exclusive entrance is offered from the parking lot via the steps or ramp; making this space handicap accessible.
Town Hall
Located at 112 South Main Street in Cleves, Miami Township Town Hall is available for gatherings of 75 guests or less. This historic space offers a generous kitchen space with plenty of prep room and a full size refrigerator. Eight foot tables and chairs are included in the rental. Ample, free parking is located on site and the space is handicap accessible.
